In Outlook 2003:

1. You can drag messages from the results of both simple and advanced find. In addition, you can create search folders (like virtual folders in Evolution I believe).

4. There is a alert notification that appears in the lower right corner of the screen when you receive new mail. It shows who the mail is from, the subject line and part of the first 2 lines of the email. You can click on it to open the mail, or click the embedded buttons to delete the mail or mark it for followup without having to switch to Outlook itself.

7. Remote image loading is off by default. There is a registry key one can set in Outlook 2002 that forces message display to plain text.

10. The web toolbar is off by default. I found the back and forward buttons to be somewhat useful in Outlook 2002, but Outlook 2003's layout makes it much easier to get to the important parts of the app and I find that I don't miss them. The rest of it is leftover "we 'get' the Internet" wankery.
