New Negative review of Mac Mini
[link|http://www.divisiontwo.com/articles/MacMini2.html|http://www.divisiont...les/MacMini2.html]

When I consider that a good deal of my time is spent running applications like Disk Defragmenter, Scandisk, Norton AV, Windows Update and Ad-Aware--none of which are available for the Mac platform--it doesn't make sense for me to "switch" to a Mac at this time.

So true.

"Whenever you find you are on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect"   --Mark Twain

"The significant problems we face cannot be solved at the same level of thinking we were at when we created them."   --Albert Einstein

"This is still a dangerous world. It's a world of madmen and uncertainty and potential mental losses."   --George W. Bush
New Very, very nicely done :-)

Use P2P for legitimate purposes!
New wonder how many scathing emails he's received
by people who fell for it?

This one's pretty funny too - [link|http://www.divisiontwo.com/articles/barbieOS.htm|A Linux Distro for Barbie?]
"Barbie would also be tired of Microsoft's licensing bullshit," he added

New gonna have my team review and see who gets it
I love her dearly, far beyond any creature I've ever known, and I can prove it, for never once in almost seventy years of married life have I taken her by the throat. Mind you, it's been a near thing once or twice.

New my cube mate laughed his ass off
one sysadmin stated "he is too entrenched into windows to understand OSX" another who OWNS mac's thought him a pcjihadist and the rest shrugged. I didnt ask the Director yet :-) they already hang garlic out the office after I forward a link like that.

New {chortle} Doze 3.x daze..
When I asked a cohort - in a moment of blinding clarity - -

What % of the Apps on your machine are.. entirely about just keeping the fucking OS sort of running?

Sodden thought: wasn't it a pitch perzackly like *this*, what got us the Neoconman braineating plague?
Rilly Wonder.. %who will Get It / who WON'T ?? Gotta follow the feedback, next!
New You know what's really sad.
I read your post and linked article first (before commentary from others). I believed it was real. Even the DeVry University MCSE :-) Why, because I've been around dickheads that really think that way for most of my career. They're usually MS Exchange administrators... It isn't really that far fetched that an aggregate (of all the tired cliches) dickhead like this would still be published (notice I say STILL).

In other words, I'm not convinced this is fake... I know this guy. I know a whole army of this guy. They've been in these fora over the years as well (a Dale something or other comes to mind immediately).

I've forwarded this on to my group too to see if they can tell.
Just a few thoughts,

Danno
New Please... please, return with the results!

No matter how much Microsoft supporters whine about how Linux and other operating systems have just as many bugs as their operating systems do, the bottom line is that the serious, gut-wrenching problems happen on Windows, not on Linux, not on Mac OS. -- [link|http://www.eweek.com/article2/0,1759,1622086,00.asp|source]
New I dunno man, it looked like a spoof to me.
I really liked the "we've got more software to fix the (broken shitty) system than they've got software" line. Very dry, very droll.
