Update:
Well, I gave in and just made multiple tables. But I have yet another bizarre problem that is stumping all of us!
Seems the reports I make up in Access are not translating well to other peoples' computers. I'll make a normal-looking report, but when they bring it up it looks [link|http://www.acagle.net/images/badrep.JPG|like this.] I.e., the fonts seem to be all screwed up (preview mode and print mode). OTOH, if one clicks the Design View button, it goes into Design View and everything looks normal. And when one then goes back to Preview view, it looks normal and seems to stay that way for the rest of the session. But then, they can log off, come back later, and it'll be screwed up again.
Anyone seen something like this? It's only been doing this since either XP or Orifice 2003.

Design vs. Actual
Have noticed differences between the design view, preview, and final views. Usually it's a matter of how much space is eaten up by the characters. Never tracked it down - just made sure that it ran correctly.

Beware the ides of... Arkadiy?
Do you have "small fonts" set in your Windows display properties, and everyone else there has "large fonts" (or vicey-versy)?

Your lies are of Microsoftian Scale and boring to boot. You rang?
"Beware the [link|http://www.google.com/search?q=%22beware+the+ides+of+march%22|Ides of March]", I believe.

Uh... yes, I knew that.
Arkadiy helpfully suggests: "Beware the [link|http://www.google.com/search?q=%22beware+the+ides+of+march%22|Ides of March]", I believe. Eh, how do I put this...? The only way seems to be: Well D'uh!, Ark. That's not what I meant. I was referring to -- and trying (as usual (and failing (just as usual))) to make a little joke about -- Cagey's [link|http://www.acagle.net/images/badrep.JPG|linked picture], in which there seemed to be a reference to "Arkadiy Ides" (or vice versa). But, hey, thanks anyway.

Re: Beware the ides of... Arkadiy?
Had a look and both of us have them set to Normal. Although SHE has option to change to larger sizes whereas I don't. . . . .

Maybe silly, but did you check the printer & page settings?
Access has a mind of it's own when it comes to determining paper size. Your screenshot looks like Access thinks it is going to print to a postage stamp and then scaled the image to fit the screen (which it is set to do.)
What happens when you force Letter size inside the report?

Re: Maybe silly, but did you check the printer & page settin
Just did. Seems all set up for Letter, landscape. Everything appears to be the same.
They are different printers though. . . . .hmmmmmm. . . . . .
