You can start the Tiger Tour from the [link|http://www.apple.com/macosx/|OS X] page.

[link|http://www.apple.com/macosx/tiger/parental.html|Parental Controls] look like they'll be really handy for those with kids. Set limits on who they can email and IM with, limit internet access to approved sites, with integrated "request approval" feature. Limiting which programs users can be run is already in 10.3, the interface has been improved for 10.4.

[link|http://www.apple.com/macosx/tiger/ichat.html|iChat AV] includes 10 way audio chat, 4 way video chat. They've added a QuickTime demo of the 4 way chat at the Paris Expo with participants from around the globe. I like the "table reflection" effect that occurs when you have 3 or 4 people in a video conference.

[link|http://www.apple.com/macosx/tiger/quicktime.html|QuickTime 7] is improved quite a bit. QuickTime 6 uses MPEG4 Part 2, QuickTime 7 uses MPEG 4 Part 10. The same data rate provides a picture that's 4 times bigger in 7 than in 6. The [link|http://www.apple.com/macosx/tiger/h264.html|H.264] page shows the difference the compression upgrade made for video conferencing with iChat AV.
