I just specify it within the Java command
something like:
java
-classpath \\xx_app_dir\\java;\\java;\\java\\jdk\\j2sdk1.4.2\\lib\\tools.jar HelloWorldApp
or whatever other paths you may need. Once you figure it out, you can add them to the classpath environment variable.
