Apparently they're for new iPod owners, but you can get to them if you do a restore on your current iPod. - Make sure you back up your files, of course - You still need to have an ITMS account (the page you're directed to allows you to create one before grabbing the free tunes.) I haven't listened to them yet and they appear to be a mixed bag (no big names, but more along the lines of those albums of "up and coming artists" that the record companies used to put out). Anyway, free (as in beer) can also be good. Couldn't get a link, but I did a restore from the updater on my iPod this morning and when it began to sync up with iTunes, I was taken to the iTMS and given the offer. I just heard about it yesterday so you may want to give it another try. I was planning to see them in concert in December, but that's when we got hit with the network migration from the buyout.
