netselect-apt for newbies?
Has anyone had much experience using netselect-apt to generate a sources.list (with stable, testing and unstable sources) from scratch? I'm trying to write up a short exercise using this and while I get a sources.list, when I run apt-get update I get a lot of 404 and Ign messages.
I already have a very good sample sources.list (thanks, Greg) but it would be a nice demo of the Debian package system if we could magic up one from the ether, so to speak.
NOTE: The reason I'm assuming we need a mix of stable, testing and unstable is that we're using Knoppix, which is a mix of same.
