Putty is about the best Secure Shell Application on Windows. It is Free and free.

Tera Term is ok for serial connections, but PuTTY is The Daddy for SSH/Telnet connections to UNIX hosts.

You need more bells and whistles in the keyboard remapping department for connecting to VMS hosts.
