New problem with me is that I laugh like hell at that point
and tell them all the ways to do it better. After the first sentence or two the eyes glaze really hard and small sounds start emitting from their mouths when the leader speaks up " well Bill it would be far in the future before we could consider that" I always reply the future is now.
