Two things.

Firstly, do NOT be tempted to turn on Slow Keys. It just stuck on here, and it's Not Fun.

New You have to REMOVE and Purge it.
It is supposed to be disable-able.

It is annoying as HELL playing FPS games.

No duplication of Bug on 3 machines.
