It starts w/ a few fires, some minor property destruction and a couple of fights. How far do you let it go before you send in the cops to break it up?

May well have been an overreaction to the current weight of the situation - and as one whose been gassed in a crowd, I'm certainly of the opinion that cops are overly reactionary. But in situations like this, I certainly don't envy their position.
