New Like watching a train wreck in slo-mo :[
That after *years* of available, detailed info about the machinations of the Redmond Taleban -- the fate of 'anything related to data tech' shall be decided by a random Judge, apparently techno-ignorant:

Is just Soo Murican. (Though it can't help affecting the rest of the world as well).

Will she get this letter? actually read it? check the claims? ... Grok ANY of it ?? "She likes to get folk to arbitrate." How nice for her; saves trouble of learning enough to 'Judge' and makes punishment moot.

New What's the point in arbitration?
I really don't get it. You get convicted of a crime. You then get to bargain with the prosecutor to determine your sentence? Huh? Before conviction makes some sense, plea bargaining etc. After? WTF?
How to mangle the truth;

Have it reported by any major U.S. media outlet.
New I couldn't get the page
Is it talking about arbitration again?

They've already arbitrated (MS definition = "Walked away with all the good marbles leaving a couple chipped ones behind").
"Beware of bugs in the above code; I have only proved it correct, not tried it."
