How nice for her; saves trouble of learning enough to 'Judge' and makes punishment moot. Must be a 'con-strict-ed constructionist'. (?) Bah. A.

You then get to bargain with the prosecutor to determine your sentence? Huh? Before conviction makes some sense, plea bargaining etc. After? WTF? How to mangle the truth; Have it reported by any major U.S. media outlet.
