In fact, the last gig they got me was technically contract only: they didn't do direct hire. or temp-to-perm. When my client wanted to hire me full time, RHIC worked out a one-off deal to allow me to be hired away despite the non-compete clauses in the contract. They now do direct-hire as a standard part of their business. They went from 90% in use to 75% benched very quickly, apparently. I would recommend against doing anything with them at this point. Sorry, I wish it would have worked out. Regards, -scott anderson
