Best we could piece together, "off Okinawa" is likely ~ where my father bought-it to make the world safe for Nixon, Rush and Halliburton. Forgotten also if Kamikazes played their naval role specifically, there. [?] (Haven't been interested in reading about such, generally all along.. but WTF.) Ashton
