The US anti-trust case seems to have breathed its last
Microsoft has beaten Massachusetts and the two trade associations that were continuing to pursue the case in what is probably the last case in the farcical end.

To deny the indirect purchaser, who in this case is the ultimate purchaser, the right to seek relief from unlawful conduct, would essentially remove the word consumer from the Consumer Protection Act
