Post #161,535 by Meerkat 6/24/04 5:53:53 PM Reply	Our favourite technique Wait til someone else pays to get an Oracle consultant in to look at their Database, then hunt him/her down and get them to take a lot at our system as well. Not always effective, the response times can be large (esp. if the other systems aren't having any problems), but the price is right :) Apart from that. it's just a few books and lots of looking at plan tables. Two out of three people wonder where the other one is.
