Welcome to IWETHEY!

New I would like to kindly suggest that...

the whole world go to FUCKING HELL!

Tired of lying in the sunshine staying home to watch the rain.
You are young and life is long and there is time to kill today.
And then one day you find ten years have got behind you.
No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun.
New It's trying...
Are you OK?

Drop us a line if you want to talk. Drop us several if you don't want to.

Hang in there.

Cheers,
Scott.
New 12 days.
90 pages.
1 class.
A full time job.
A neglected wife.
No fun. No joy. No nothing.

Fucking burnout, that's what it is.
Tired of lying in the sunshine staying home to watch the rain.
You are young and life is long and there is time to kill today.
And then one day you find ten years have got behind you.
No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun.
New You'll get through it.
Going to school and working full time is very, very difficult. But it's temporary. Do what you need to do to get through it and enjoy the benefits for the rest of your life.

You can do it. Nap when you can, tell your wife what she means to you, and do your best. You'll get through it.

Hang in there.

Cheers,
Scott.
New I feel your pain
700 pages (you got 7.5 pages a day to read, I got 20 pages a day)
5 weeks (35 days)
5 written assignments and 5 team assignments (75% of the team isn't answering emails or making an attempt to work on the papers, so it falls on me to carry the load with whoever else is available)
a neglected wife (She gives me time to work on college stuff, but I need to find time for her as well)
a son I have to spend time with because he is having trouble with classmates (so I spend time, and my college work suffers)
everyone calling me about computer problems (I tell them about my classwork and they understand, but new people keep on calling)
friends wondering why I haven't had time to do anything with them
the hardest subject in college that I have taken yet (I was scared sh*tless and freaked out before class begain, I made a post about it here and got flamed for it)
No fun, no joy, no nothing

The way I figure it, life is suffering. A little suffering is good for the soul. I hope I can make it all pay off when I graduate.

New That's 90 pages to *WRITE*, not read.
New Sorry then
I did not see the 90 pages to write, in your post. I assumed you meant read.

New 90 pages to read is 2 hours max

questions, help? [link|mailto:pappas@catholic.org|email pappas at catholic.org]
New 1 hr for me if I'm reading for content, 30 min if I'm skim.
Tired of lying in the sunshine staying home to watch the rain.
You are young and life is long and there is time to kill today.
And then one day you find ten years have got behind you.
No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun.
New 90 pages on what?
New Quality Assurance plan, Lessons Learned plan.
Project management is the course.

Instructor has not responded to anything I've asked him in the past two weeks. I'm about to call the school and make loud noises.
Tired of lying in the sunshine staying home to watch the rain.

No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun.
New You can't feel a beesting in the eyeball
Now that I am no longer a resident I can flame the fuck out of you.

You went from genial, good-natured, alert nerd to monster yuppie prototype. You never say anything worth hearing - you are two frontal lobes and a limbic system saturated by drugs and the sweet brain-nectar of the self-obsessed narcissist. Get a life, you're pathetic.
-drl
New It never stopped you before
when you were a resident. Or has your memory developed problems as well?

Better for me to be on medication, than not and be as cantakerous and mean as you. Lately all you've ever cared about was mostly yourself. The rest was just illusions in your own mind created by that disease that infests it.

I am surviving, I am going to college, I am doing what it takes to have a better life than when I had. When I was that good-natured alert nerd, I was constantly taken advantage of, I was used, I was abused, I was overworked until I started to get health issues, etc. When I was all used up, I was fired, let go from one job after another. I learned a lot from people in these forums, including you, on how I should change my personality. So if I turned into a Frankenstein's Monster, there has to be at least one Dr. Frankenstein who did it, if not more. If I became a self-obsessed narcissist, it was because of you and others. I take responsibility for my own change, but others should take responsibility for their actions which caused the change as well. So far, none have done that.

New Stop it.
Take your mindless StL wankery to email, or something. No-one else here cares.

New Hmmm
If Ross isn't a St. Louis resident anymore.... what does that make his wankering? ;)

"At last, a moment's peace!"
New It shows a fallacy in Peter's argument
wankery is, after all, universal.

I only fight wankery with more wankery. I am but a mirror at times to Peter's wankery. I am a mirror to other people's wankery as well.

Just my personality I guess, being a Gemini, I am like a twin to other people. Also what they say about me, becomes the way I act to them. In other forums, I act differently than I act here.

On here Peter is a fuckhead I give a taste of his own medicine to, on K5, I only take minor digs at him.

New One big difference.
Here in general, Peter actually adds value to a conversation he participates in.
Tired of lying in the sunshine staying home to watch the rain.
You are young and life is long and there is time to kill today.
And then one day you find ten years have got behind you.
No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun.
New Only in your wildest fantasies, Norman...
...do I exist in your wankery.

New You slut.

It is much harder to be a liberal than a conservative. Why?
Because it is easier to give someone the finger than it is to give them a helping hand.

Like many lawyers, he's overly fond of argument, even when in agreement. Not that anyone here would be into that...
