New Update
My oldest did OK on his first day. I think he's going to survive. Another kid "looked up to him" and so he's a leader.

Also, the school agreed to use him for some responsibilities they would normally give a teacher, like reading to the children.

New That sure sounds good.

New Great news
And to your previous post about "being a nice guy, needing deadlines set" sounds like something that I could write. The HARDEST thing to learn to say is NO. Best boss I ever had allowed my to YES my way into a huge hole. When I finally came to him and admitted that I was unable to meet all the demands (none critical), he taught me to say no. I STILL have trouble saying no, but I recognize when I'm getting in too deep and am forced to say no.

Good luck in your quest for the better job.
