As per Scott's original message, go [link\|http://z.iwethey.org/forums/render/user/edit\|here] to change your User Preferences - scroll down 'til you see "Board Auto-refresh Time". It's about 3/4 of the way down the page. Setting the number to 10, for example, means that after ten minutes, if there are no new posts in any IWeThey forums, the page will automatically reload. (and, if you're lucky, there'll be new posts to read...) Two out of three people wonder where the other one is.
