What new windows?
All those companies that bought the subscription service to save money on the cost of licenses are now figuring they got screwed without a new release in the covered period. A fairer comparison might be the cost a subscription service without products against an actual product.
Don't forget to figure in the cost of applying service packs, patches and downtime due to the virus of the day.
