if you are using h323 for voice protocol

H323 doesnt have that capability yet. Just curious what brand of ipphone solution are you using? thanx, bill can I have my ones and zeros back?

Not sure which protocol we're using, but I suspect it's the Cisco CallManager as that's what the box is called that the consultants are setting up.
