I've wondered about the three kinds of coconut sold at my local store: brown, fresh (just like the brown but white) and "fresh young coconut" looking like a big lump of damp fiber. Wondered what those were for, especially since at $1.19 they cost 20 cents more than the white ones and 30 cents more than the brown.
Also, the big stack of cans of "Fresh Young Coconut Juice" for 79 cents. I'd had juice out of coconuts and wasn't that impressed, so I wondered who would pay that much for it.
So I bought me one of those "fresh young coconut" things, drilled it and chilled the juice. Man that stuff is good (and so is the canned) - but even better:
1/3 freezer chilled vodka with 2/3 chilled juice - I recommend small glasses and great caution.
