bloody cable service !!! :-)

aah well - that life.

My usual wifi router firewall is down while I try to get the b thing to work with Big Pond cable (a real PITB). Big Pond implemented their cable service by implementing a 'heartbeat' & although most modern wifi routers specifically add a feature for logging in to BPC I have not been able to get it to work so have to do a direct connection.

I helped immunise the computers at work when blaster 1st hit, but, I thought it had mostly gone away.
