but hiring away key employees from a competitor is a bit unethical. I'd rather interview people and see if they have the right stuff. Train them about management and technology. Good, key, employees are not born, they are made. Employees are ur organization's most valuable resource and as stakeholders they will be treated right in the servant leadership and organizational management style. They will be paid by their success, which will motivate them to do well.
I do have a role model for a business, one that one of my intructors has. He applied servant leadership and organizational management and is doing quite well. Everyone in our class wanted to work for his oranization, except me, I wanted to do the same things his company was doing.
