I did a 10K wheelchair race once. The NTMFAC
who pushed me still has the whip-marks.
New I understood the extra water but didnt think 1/2 hour was
long enough to cook it. I do similar but boil the pasta, then mix the ingredients, shove in oven and bake.

And you'll be quite surprised as the pasta soaks up the Pasta Sauce Goodness.

Never had anything like it, I have always had what you are describing.

The description doesn't do it justice. I used to put in an extra cupe of water, but found that it always was to runny.

The pasta comes out perfect. Total cook time ~40 Minutes though... after the cheese is added.

I have tried is with the cheese in the whole time... and it basically turns into a big slab of pasta-sauce-cheese-bar. It is excellent that way, but the taste is far different and the wife-kids don't like it.
