Since it's '...and Health',
does that mean it's time for a Iwethey Lardies update?
Of course I'm only saying this coz I've been doing OK - have lost 16 Kilos (35 pounds) since last July, and still going along merrily.

Hovering around 215.
I get done with college this summer, hopefully I'll be able to dedicate more energy to weight loss then.
I hope to hit 180.

Same here
Been doing metric assloads of spring cleaning these past two weekends. But soon I'm going to be able to work from home via VPN, and killing 3 hours worth of driving from my day should allow for some exercise time on the bike trainers that I bought 3 weekends ago...
Goal is still 185.

I'm bouncing around 190 lbs
I like bouncing around a bit under 190, but I was bad this year.
At 6'3" this is a reasonable weight, and is about 20 less than I used to carry.

Ditto on weight & height
As Mike will attest, I'm not the smallest feller around, so 190 (95kg-ish) is OK.

One belt notch
Getting close to the second. I may have to start shopping for smaller waist size pants soon. ~15 pounds. The only big change I've made is giving up sweetened drinks.

I've left the takeaways alone.
And as a consequence have not dropped weight, but have a decidedly trimmer waistline.
(The epic size of our new office means I get LOADS of exercise - everything seems to be so damn far apart :) )

~120 a few weeks ago, late February when last I checked.
Kilograms, of course. Those of you who don't use those except for buying (or selling) drugs are free to convert to your quaint Stone-Age units as best you can; I live in the twenty-first century, so I don't give a damn.
