If it's only emulation, I'm assuming the actual availability can't be better than that of the base system. (Unless "high-availability" means something other than what the words suggest.) So if it only looks differenct from the base system, but doesn't actually have the benefit of the emulated system, how would it convince someone who's not already a True Believer?
