not just their Help Desk, but reporting a violation of the TOS just gets you a canned response email that they are looking into it. Nothing seems to get done and the same account is still violating the TOS 6 months or more later despite people reporting the violation of TOS to Yahoo. I wonder if they are able to keep track of it all, or if they are misplacing their email and notes?

Yahoo, needs a major makeover, IMHO.
