The HTML check on the sig needs to know about the div tag.

Also, Subject quoting (i.e. RE: blah blah blah) should be optional.

New Same HTML quoting as Perl Monks
For whatever that's worth. I used my Functional Python HTML parser code. :-)

I'll add the subject-line quote option tomorrow if I get time.
