Post #136,036 by bluke 1/16/04 1:52:25 AM Reply	CD drive question I just bought a cheap external USB CD drive (the internal drive died). It works fine except taht it won't play music. It sees the msuic tracks, and my sound card is working because I can play music from the internet, but from the CD, real player or winamp says it is playing but I hear nothing. Any suggestions?

Post #136,038 by orion 1/16/04 1:58:38 AM Reply	Audio cable? Was there an audio cable that shipped with the drive that plugs into an audio card? Most internal CD drives include an audio cable to hook into the sound card, or else no CD audio can be played.
