New Recipe from a radio show
Years ago I heard an Native Alaskan woman giving instructions on a favorite recipe. Her conclusion . .

"It's absolutely delicious - but then anything fried in seal oil would be absolutely delicious".

New seal oil is the ketchup of the north
bbq sauce, dippin sauce and additive to soup, stew and ice cream, used to soak dried fish in and light the night but that is the first I heard of anything being fried in it.
As an aside I like it but I also like Nuoc Mam sauce. Most whites dont like the flavor. Brought some along on a road trip to dip my steaks into it and a buddy asked to try it after I extolled its flavor and helthy properties. After trying it he politely replied he would rather eat dogshit so I guess it is an aquired taste much like scottish whisky.
thanx,
bill
can I have my ones and zeros back?
