Lindows sounds too much like Windows, so Microsoft sues Lindows.com over the name violating the Windows copyright? Sounds about as bad as that guy who claimed Linux was proprietary and owned by him and him only, until the judge didn't see it his way.

Really bunch up Ballmer's shorts, call the next version Lindows XP. ;)

New Slight variation on the name
Since Windows Xtreme Pain is already used, Lindows Xtreme Power, or Xtra Powerful. Don't want obvious trademark infringement...
