New I like this article
my only complaint is that he ISN'T arguing how common FP errors occur elsewhere.

This is my second job where we've done currency/financial calculation and I've got programmers scratching their heads wonder why floats/doubles are coming out correctly.

(I remember arguing long and hard with one trying to explain what base IEEE calculations are done in and why this affects Base-10 financial calculations.)
