Typically these mild insults are redacted before the glowing dot is applied, so you'd end up with something like "Battling him is like wiping off puppy slobber." Now, regarding the initial suggestion—"Battling CRC is the honor of Viking combat"—this would lose all flavor without the personal identifier, but with the identifier it's deficient in sense. One does not do battle with CRC; one is wheeled into the burn ward whispering reverently "I have been charred by the Mighty One!"
