Solution: Give it back to the Plains Indians, herd and harvest buffalo, big tourism dollars as well as profits from buffalo beef, leather etc. etc. Create a park stretching from Montana to Kansas, call it "Great Plains Open Range" and let people at it. Indians get dibs, since we stole it from them. -drl
