New Name server wierdness?
I've been having problems resolving iwethey at my home network. Anyone know if there were any name related strange things happening? Greg, I couldn't resolve gregfolkert.net either...

New /me checked and nothing looks out of the ordinary.
Setup an entry in your dns-servers file:

208.255.11.91

Then use only that one... If you see problems... well please make sure I know.

About a few weeks or so ago, I had to completely shutdown and restart BIND. But no problems since then. It was that Bind hadn't checked for authority for a new domain name I am hosting.

Please keep me fingered in on this one.

New Re: /me checked and nothing looks out of the ordinary.
Re: 208.255.11.91 -- I get 'non-existent host/domain'.

I was suspecting it was more on my end... just wanted to see if it was something else as well. I'm going to try refiring named.

I gotta upgrade some of my systems... with the expansion I've undertaken on some of my services, some of the ol' boxen aren't keeping up so well anymore (all pentium class with <100MB RAM). I'm suspecting that some of the problem can be traced back to overloaded servers.
