I personally use:

Exim v4.22 with the exiscan-ACL patch, Spam Assassin, CLAMD with FreshClam, Maildrop, Courier-IMAP-SSL.

Finally started using the ACL rejections for attachments I don't want. I began 22:35 Oct 4, 2003.

As of right this moment unique "outlook" users rejected by my ACL: 133

400 messages total rejected.

I have gotten exactly 2 "SPAM" messages today.
