they are correct
there is plent of ways to target those folks without helicopters and missiles. Hitting people who are determined to kill every Jew in the area is not wrong, too much deaths of innocents is morally wrong. These people need to be killed in their cars. houses etc but with minimum fallout. The Israelis have the ability to do it but at the cost of several operatives per target their dont have the will to take those odds. Perhaps this will awaken the will needed.
Alternatively suicide bombings in the other direction would have a similar effect from a stop the violence perspective. Killing without risk to self is considered rude in most cultures.
