The mother of a 13-year-old girl in Beaver County, Pa., who was expelled from school for having oral sex during a field trip on a school bus sued the South Side Area School District because the school had not made it clear to the girl in any of its written policies that it was against the rules to have oral sex during a field trip on a school bus.
