Graduated from Southfield Lathrup High. I find the weather too depressing.

I'd really like to get back to Denver though.

MI doesn't have enough sunny days in the year to keep me from reaching for the shotgun. Summers are OK, its the long gray winters.

The other issue is access. I live on a sailboat these days and am somewhat constrained to coastal working locations (I could move inland - but I'd really rather not). Moving is easy - as long as there's a marina nearby that allows liveaboards. Landlocked locales are not for me (Denver being an exception as I already have family and a house there).

St. Lawrence Seaway.

Again, the weather is a matter of taste. The winters don't bother me at all, especially on this side of the state. We don't get much snow at all.
