MANCHESTER, Tennessee (CNN) -- A fatal Greyhound bus crash Wednesday in Tennessee, in which the driver's throat was slit, is not related to recent terrorist events, authorities said.

At least six and up to 10 people were killed, officials said.

A Greyhound Lines representative said the bus company was suspending service nationwide as a precaution. FBI agents were investigating the Manchester crash.
