Welcome to IWETHEY!

New Buhhhhh... newbie bsd question
I haven't touched a *nix vairant in a year or so...

I used to use HyperTerminal on Win95 to access my Cisco firewall via the COM port; what's the (Open)BSD equivalent? Doesn't have to have a GUI (actually, I'd prefer it didn't). Just can't find it.

I have this sneaking suspicion I should be using telnet, but can't figger out how to do that through COM and not the NIC.
That's her, officer! That's the woman that programmed me for evil!
New minicom
You wanna use minicom (CLI), seylon (GUI) or some other terminal emulation program to go over the serial line. Not sure what comes with OpenBSD, minicom seems fairly standard amongst Linux distros and FreeBSD.

I don't mean by that that it gets worse, well I do, but I don't mean it that way. Unless you thought I meant the opposite of what I meant, in which case vice versa (or verce visa if you prefer).
