That's like the user that said to me "the computer's not accepting my password". I said, "riiiiiiight."

He told me his password and I logged in as him.

He'd got *9* failed login attempts and he STILL insisted that the computer "wasn't accepting" his password.

Moral? Computers make mistakes, but to really fuck things up, you need a human.
