use the system that does the job best with the least amount of cost. Could be winders in some circumstances, could be nix or other. The best system to use is
"go forth and find the software that does +90% of what you need to do. Ask what platform it runs on. Buy and deploy that platform. Hire people that know that platform. Make money"
Its not rocket science or religion, you dont buy ferrari's to run a busline. You dont buy buses and go into nascar racing.
