Goes back to a dispute over who owns the Civilization name. I believe the final agreement was that Sid had the name for future use, but agreed not to stop the then in development Civilization Call To Power. Notice that the first one was Civilization Call To Power, but the second was Call To Power II. I'm pretty sure that was because Activision couldn't use the Civilization name anymore. Jay
