My record is 7

..for an SMS project.

1) Bootloader was Boot Manager. Entries: OS/2 3, OS/2 4, Windows

Choose Windows and you get:

2) Windows boot menu: Windows 95, Windows NT 3.51, Windows NT 4.0

So what was the 7th? WinOS/2, of course :)
