New Anyone else catch the Demo debate?
Edwards, Sharpton the big winners IMO. Not that Sharpton has a chance of being accepted by the party, but he performed well.

Losers are Kerry (nasty, can't answer a straight question), Dean (nasty right back, can't handle nastiness well, everyone beat up on him), and Gephardt (no charisma, everyone beat up on him though not as much as Dean).

Going nowhere are Graham (no charisma), Lieberman (Bush is great but vote for me instead), and Moseley-Braun (no attitude, probably couldn't win a campaign).

Kucinich leaves himself open to being painted as a red with his comments about taking the profit out of medicine, but he had some of the better rhetoric of the night.

If it goes from here, expect a Kerry-Edwards ticket with Kerry showing off his medals and Edwards doing much of the talking.
New Sharpton is an interesting guy.
He's extremely well-spoken... not just his ability to come up with catchy catchphrases, but he has a real gift for wrapping meaning around them as well. Unfortunately, he's also a nutjob.
"We are all born originals -- why is it so many of us die copies?"
